Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be cancelled on washuracare.in and how we handle cancellations from both the customer's and company's side.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been dispatched for shipping.

Cancellations are accepted before shipment without any charges
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

We recommend cancelling your order as early as possible to avoid processing delays.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Please share your Order ID when initiating a cancellation request.

3. Cancellation Charges

There are no cancellation charges for orders cancelled before shipment. Customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched
Special or bulk orders (where applicable), as these are processed on a priority basis

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Washura reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfilment
Pricing or listing errors on the website
Delivery or logistical issues that prevent timely fulfilment
Concerns related to product expiry or quality control

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For all cancelled orders — whether customer-initiated or company-initiated — refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI within 48 to 72 business hours of cancellation confirmation.
